Job summary

Dibimbing seeks a Finance & Tax staff to support daily accounting and tax operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings. The role also involves payment processing and tax reporting in compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in Tax/Finance/Accounting/Management, 1–2 years of experience, and strong Excel skills; familiarity with e-invoice and e-Bupot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from Tax/Finance/Accounting/Management.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Advance knowledge on end-to-end Finance, Accounting & Tax Processing.
• Familiar with checking invoices, creating e-faktur and e-Bupot.
• Holding Brevet A and B certification will be a plus.
• Expert in managing data in Microsoft Excel with various functions and formulas.
• Ready to work in the fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the preparing and posting journal entries into accounting systems.
• Reconciliation of bank statements, incoming payment for AR and outgoing payments for AP.
• Involve in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded.
• Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
• Daily operation to review the transactions that are subject to tax implications and provide the tax analysis to the relevant department.
• Assist in preparing monthly tax reports (for WHT21, 23, 4 ayat2, VAT) and correct according to tax regulations.
• Ad hoc tasks from Finance Manager.
