Job summary

PT PFI Mega Life Insurance seeks an experienced executive to oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting and analysis to provide management with reliable information. You will ensure Indonesia and IFRS compliance, establish strong internal controls, and coordinate Finance, Accounting, and Investment Operations for smooth daily processes.

The role leads transformation initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall function effectiveness, requiring a minimum of 7 years in life insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of financial management experience in life insurance or big four experience with life insurance clientele.
• Proficient in accounting systems, Microsoft Office 365, accounting principles, and database handling.

• Oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting, and analysis activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and other requirements, including Indonesia and IFRS as applicable.
