Job summary

PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in Jakarta is seeking a Fund Operations Specialist to monitor and reconcile portfolio transactions across general and unit-linked accounts, NAV reports, and daily fund cash flow. The role requires 3+ years in fund operations, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP), and fluent English and Bahasa.

You will handle audits, custodian reporting, regulatory submissions, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fund operations or a related financial services role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and other formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa.
• Excellent analytical skills and thinking.

• Monitor and reconcile portfolio transactions, including general and unit-linked accounts, NAV reports, and daily fund cash flow.

• Support UAT and go-live processes by developing test cases, coordinating testing, and validating transactions post-go-live.
• Verify transaction instructions and settlement with custodian banks and counterparties, while maintaining accurate transaction documentation and records.
