Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, tax, and financial control for our Indonesia operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include preparing management reports, strengthening governance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a relevant degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA are highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial management.
• Proven leadership to manage and develop finance teams and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.


• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.


• Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial management roles.


• Prior experience in public accounting or audit firms would be advantageous.


• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, and risk management.


• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop finance teams.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
