Role Overview
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian regulations. This role requires strong English communication for reporting, documentation, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Analyze variances and identify discrepancies
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Tax & Compliance
- Handle PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT reporting
- Prepare and submit SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian regulations
Accounts Management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Audit & Controls
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
- Improve internal controls and accounting processes
Preferred
- Experience with payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21
- Familiar with Coretax, e-Bupot, and e-Faktur
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
