PT CANG LONG INVEST is seeking an accounting professional to manage end-to-end processes in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closings, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role includes coordinating with Finance, Operations, HR, and Store teams, maintaining records in Accurate Accounting Software, and supporting audits and tax matters.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end accounting processes.
• Proficient in journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of Accurate Accounting Software.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Experience handling tax matters.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Store teams.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Ensure records and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Handle accounting-related tax matters.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Store teams on accounting matters.
• Manage and maintain accounting data using Accurate Accounting Software.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting.

Record and manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions.

Perform cash and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are complete and accurate.

Handle accounting-related tax matters.

Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Store teams regarding accounting-related matters.

Manage and maintain accounting data using Accurate Accounting Software.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
