Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading is seeking an Accounting Staff to support daily accounting operations and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

You will work closely with the Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams and gain exposure to financial closing, taxation, and audit activities. Responsibilities include recording journals, verifying documents, preparing closing activities, and maintaining compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Verify the completeness and validity of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Compile supporting documentation for audits.
• Input tax data (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT) and related filings.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.

About the Role!

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to support our daily accounting operations and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. This role will work closely with the Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams and provide exposure to accounting processes, financial closing, taxation, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system, including general journal entries, cash/bank transactions, sales, and purchases.
• Verify the completeness and validity of transaction documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Compile and provide supporting documentation for both internal and external audits.
• Input and validate tax-related data, including PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, and monthly or annual tax filings (as required).
• Maintain well-organized and properly archived accounting records and documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance.
