You will deliver operational support, conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and merchant experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

• Familiarity with the commercial merchant landscape, including industry players, challenges, and opportunities.
• Experience with Ms Office and Google Workspace is desired.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support to our commercial merchants.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends, deriving meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
