Job summary

PT Reycom Document Solusi (RDS) mencari kandidat untuk posisi Helpdesk IT on-site di Central Jakarta. Anda akan menjadi kontak pertama bagi pelanggan, mengidentifikasi masalah teknis, memverifikasi dan mereplikasi masalah, serta bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk solusi tepat waktu.

Kandidat memiliki Diploma atau Sarjana di Informatika/Ilmu Komputer, kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik, serta pengalaman dengan SQL Server atau MySQL dianggap plus.

• Kuat kemampuan komunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.
• Berperilaku sebagai rekan tim yang bertanggung jawab dan akuntabel.

• Keterampilan menggunakan basis data seperti SQL Server atau MySQL adalah nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Jadi titik kontak pertama untuk pertanyaan pelanggan dan masalah terkait aplikasi.
• Identifikasi, dokumentasikan, dan elevasi masalah teknis ke Tim Teknis.
• Verifikasi dan replikasi masalah sebelum eskalasi.
• Monitor dan laporkan status masalah hingga terselesaikan.
• Koordinasikan dengan tim internal dan pastikan solusi tepat waktu bagi pengguna.
• Bangun dan pertahankan hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and application-related issues
• Identify, document, and elevate technical issues to the Technical Team
• Verify and replicate problems before escalating
• Monitor and report the status of issues until they are resolved
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely solutions for users
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Strong communication skills — verbal and written, especially in English
• A team player with a sense of responsibility and accountability
• Proactive attitude, fast learner, and able to work independently
• Strong analytical thinking with empathy and customer-first mindset
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL is a plus
