Job summary

Delta Solusi Nusantara, PT is seeking a driven B2B software sales professional in Jakarta to drive Odoo ERP and related solutions. You will identify client needs, craft tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with decision-makers.

Success requires deep knowledge of business processes and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Prior ERP experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software sales, ERP/CRM or SaaS preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Odoo ERP familiarity is a strong plus.
