Job summary

Golden Jaguar Jewellery is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. This full-time role focuses on maintaining E-Invoice compliance, bank reconciliations, and meticulous invoice verification to support reliable financial operations.

You will handle staff claims, assist with annual audits, and maintain accounting records in SQL Accounting Software, applying company policies across all transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Full Set Accounts and E-Invoice.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive in managing the company’s accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

This full-time position is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships to support the company's strategic sales objectives.

Full Set of Accounts Management

• Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedule

E-Invoice

• Handle and manage E-Invoice transactions and ensure compliance with requirements

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

Invoice Verification

• Verify daily invoice documents from vendors and inter-company group

Staff Claims Handling

• Handle staff claims and ensure reimbursements are made based on company policy

Audit Support

• Assist in yearly audit listing for accounts payable (AP) required listing

Accounting System Maintenance

• Maintain and update accounting records in SQL Accounting Software

Policy Compliance

• Enforce company policies and procedures where relevant or identified in any business transactions

Who We’re Looking For :

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Executive or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in Full Set Accounts and E-Invoice is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline
