Job summary

PT Sinarsakti Anekasarana seeks a Marketing and Sales Manager with a strategic mindset to lead end-to-end processes and drive market wins in line with the company’s mission and goals.

You will monitor project activities, develop marketing strategies to reach more prospects, and improve efficiency in the sales and marketing teams. Fluent in English and Mandarin, you will articulate key selling points to clients and motivate the team to achieve targets, especially in OEM Automotive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (business level)
• Able to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients
• Good analytical thinking
• Able to think creatively and innovatively
• Confident with good persuasion and communication skills
• Enthusiastic in getting new leads independently; able to work under pressure and result-oriented
• Working experience in OEM Automotive is required for this position

Controlling and handling end to end process in Marketing and Sales with a strategic point of view to win the market and achieve a sales target. Contribute to business planning to develop marketing strategies that are consistent with the mission, vision and overall goals of the organization.
