Job summary

tiket.com is looking for a data analytics and revenue-optimization expert to drive data-driven decision making and price optimization across our platform. You will apply advanced analytics to identify revenue opportunities and develop strategies that align with business goals.

Using BigQuery and Looker, you will forecast revenue, segment customers, and refine pricing to maximize ROI while collaborating with product, marketing, sales and data teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in Online Travel Agencies (OTA), e-commerce, or digital companies would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and experience in building pricing models or products.

Responsibilities

• Drive data mining and advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for optimizing accommodation revenue.
• Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistics to forecast revenue and optimize pricing strategies for maximum ROI.
• Oversee A/B testing framework to evaluate pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness; ensure robust methodologies for test outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and data teams to operationalize data-driven strategies and predictive models.
• Monitor performance of models and strategies, iterating to achieve optimal results.
• Present data insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
