Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.Your main duties in flying with usSupport Account Managers in managing relationships with hotel partners by assisting with day-to-day account operations, follow-ups, and partner communications.Maintain and update hotel partner information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, including room inventory, rate plans, contact details, and property content.Act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a positive partner experience.Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to identify opportunities and provide insights that help improve partner performance and competitiveness on the platform.Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial campaigns by encouraging hotel partners to participate in available promotions, marketing initiatives, and platform-wide campaigns on tiket.com .Build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel partners to increase engagement, campaign participation, and overall business performance.Track campaign performance and partner participation, providing regular updates and ensuring campaign objectives are achieved.Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyses to support business reviews and account management activities.Ensure all assigned projects, tasks, and operational initiatives are delivered accurately and on time while meeting established quality standards and business objectives.Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall team performance.Mandatory belongings that you must prepareCurrently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in any field.Available to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months .Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and works effectively as part of a team.In the event that you haven’t received any updates after 3 weeks, your data will be kept and we may contact you for another career destination.
