Job summary

PT Fonusa Agung Mulia (Unifam Group) is seeking an administrative professional to support the Production Department with data entry, reporting in Excel, and AX system updates. This role requires precise data handling and cross‑department coordination.

You will manage daily reports, track production data, and maintain orderly documentation, with three shifts and a collaborative team environment in a confectionery manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data processing, formulas, pivot tables).
• Mandatory: Experience and proficiency in using the AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX) system.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and administrative tasks to support production operations.
• Create, manage, and update production reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) using Microsoft Excel.
• Input, update, and monitor production data in the AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX) system to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in tracking production schedules, work orders, and material usage.
• Coordinate with the production team and other related departments regarding administrative and documentation needs.
• Maintain and organize production documents and records systematically.
