Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Basic understanding of system administration or identity management tools (Okta knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of production data into company systems.
• Maintain and update production records, reports, and databases.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified.
• Generate routine production reports and provide administrative support to the production team.
• Organize and maintain documentation related to production activities.
• Serve as a backup resource for Okta administration and user account management.
• Assist with system access requests, account updates, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information and records.
• Support other administrative tasks assigned by management.
