Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or ≤2 years post-graduation in Marketing, Business, or IR preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and manage remote teams.
• Excellent communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in delivering pitches and promotional activities to potential partners/franchisees.
• Support branch opening targets, site surveys, and initial operational setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand franchise development processes and onboarding for partners.
• Prepare learning reports and analyses on branch performance and growth.
