Job summary

PT Leap Digital Indonesia is seeking a L1 Data Centre Operator to support day-to-day data centre operations, including infrastructure monitoring, initial diagnostics, and incident management in a 24x7 shift-based setting.

You will work with technical teams and vendors to maintain reliable operations, perform on-site support, and ensure accurate ticketing and handovers in the ITSM system.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in data centre or IT infra operations.
• Hands-on rack, cabling, power, and environmental checks.
• Familiar with x86 servers and remote management tools.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms.
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing systems and incident handling.
• Willing to work rotating 24x7 shifts, including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 monitoring of data centre infrastructure.
• Respond to system alerts, run initial diagnostics, escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Provide hands-on data centre support and on-site assistance.
• Conduct routine physical inspections of environment.
• Maintain ticket records, shift handover notes, and logs.
• Support SLA reporting and coordinate with technical teams.
