Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
4–7 years total work experience; 2–5 years in data center operations.
Experience in DC infrastructure operation & maintenance.
Experience in data center handover from project team and IST with hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure 24x7 availability and uptime of data center through shift control.
Lead on-shift teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Act as on-duty escalation lead for incidents, changes and security events per SLA.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on uptime and power consumption.
Ensure safety and compliance with ISO and other standards; coordinate with vendors.
