Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks a System and Asset Manager to lead electrical system ownership for DC facilities, including switchgear, transformers, generators and protection coordination.

The role focuses on maintenance strategy, energy optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with facilities, IT and engineering teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Diploma/Vocational high school in Electrical
• Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in electrical system
• Knowledge of Data Center and/or other mission critical facilities design, operation and maintenance
• Essential knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, fire protection and security systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS/ EPMS, CMMS/ DCIM, ERP, Microsoft BI
• Excellent in problem solving and performing root cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead as Asset owner for Electrical Switchgear, transformer, generator, Distribution board, UPS, power monitoring.
• Monitor critical power feeder parameters such as voltage, current and feeder frequencies.
• Manage electrical protection and its coordination.
• Provide maintenance strategy to be implemented.
• Leader for electrical system engineering, projects including system upgrades, expansion planning, and integration of new technologies.
• Design control strategies for cooling optimization, energy management, and load balancing.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate with technical team for complete investigation for any anomaly, technical and SLA breach.
• Manage vendor for maintenance task
• Analyze system performance data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities
• Implement predictive maintenance programs and trending analysis
• Optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE) metrics
• Asist supervision of Shift Facility engineers and coordinate with facilities, IT, and engineering teams
• Manage vendor relationships for system maintenance, upgrades, and support contracts
• Provide technical training and mentorship to team engineers and staff
• Ensure systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and change management protocols
• Generate performance reports and compliance documentation
• Take a lead in the Electrical Improvement Project to ensure safety, security and availability in in DC Facilities
