You will rotate across functions, gain practical experience, and interact with senior leaders to build a foundation for a managerial role.

Open to fresh graduates or professionals up to 5 years, with strong English and a growth mindset. Relocation across Indonesia is possible, with a structured development path.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with GPA ≥3.20.
• Fresh graduates or up to 5 years of experience.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus).
• Proven leadership potential and proactive mindset.
• Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia.

Responsabilidades
