Job summary

PT Karya Muda Mudi Indonesia is launching a Management Trainee program for 1 year where fresh graduates will rotate across Account, Creative, and KOL teams. Participants will work directly on real client projects, learn end-to-end processes, and progressively take on greater responsibilities with coaching and feedback throughout the program.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Design) with a GPA minimum of 3.25, and a strong interest in learning Account Management,

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Candidates with a Design background and openness to learn design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Participate directly in real client projects and company assignments.
• Quickly learn and understand end-to-end processes across Account, Creative, and KOL functions.
• Understand client needs, develop ideas, execute projects, and ensure deliverables meet brief, timeline, and objectives.
• Support KOL campaigns through research, trend analysis, audience research, creator selection, coordination, content development, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Apply a design perspective when interpreting briefs, developing ideas, and providing input on creative concepts, visuals, and campaign content.
• Gain cross-functional exposure to see how Account, Creative, and KOL teams collaborate on client projects.
• Identify project needs and opportunities, offering ideas or solutions proactively.
• Take on greater responsibilities and potentially manage tasks and coordinate with team members.
• Receive coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to track progress and development.
