Mother’s Choice in Hong Kong is seeking a Youth Services professional to empower vulnerable youth and pregnant girls. The role focuses on WellNest alumni support, PGH program development, and collaboration with NGOs and schools to extend advocacy and education for youth and families.

You will coordinate training, outreach, and community education, with responsibilities that include program implementation, monitoring, and cross-department collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for young

Qualifications

• University degree in Social Science or related field is preferred.
• Experience (paid or voluntary) with at-risk/vulnerable youth, sexual health issues or community work.
• Experience facilitating small group/peer education or outreach with youth is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, English and Chinese writing.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.

Responsabilités

• Support and implement the Pregnant Youth Alumni and WellNest programs.
• Coordinate with external partners for program delivery and evaluation.
• Maintain records and assist with reporting and budgeting for projects.
• Contribute to Baby’s First 100 Days and Baby’s First Year parenting trainings.
• Engage youth with sexuality education and youth services initiatives.
