• Willingness to learn yacht products and customer management systems.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate yacht viewings, sea trials and client meetings with the sales team and owners.
• Assist with quotations, sales agreements and transaction documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records, yacht listings and sales data.
• Update online yacht listings and assist with marketing materials and social content.
