Job summary

AA Choice Personnel Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin / CS to support the Sales Team with clerical tasks, quotation preparation, and updating client records. The role offers a monthly salary up to HK$23,000 plus allowances and requires good English and Chinese communication, plus at least 2 years in sales support.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and possess a Diploma/ Degree in any discipline. This is an on-site position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in any disciples.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales administration/ Coordinator/ Sales Assistant / CS
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum clerical and administrative support to Sales Team;
• Prepare sales quotation, sales reports and tendering.
• Update clients and system database
