Job summary

CBRE Limited is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for end users and to drive the performance of the facilities service management contract. The role ensures office cleanliness, equipment maintenance and safety protocols across the workplace.

The candidate will support office relocation logistics, optimize the movement of people and assets, and contribute to emergency preparedness through defined procedures and training.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management.
• Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Perform as the single point of contact to end users and drive facilities service management contract performance.
• Oversee office cleanliness, equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Support the move & change and optimize the physical relocation of people, assets, and processes within the workplace.
• Develop and implement emergency procedures, ensuring the office is prepared for contingencies.
• Understand event needs, manage logistics, and coordinate details for seamless execution.
• Ensure pantry operations run smoothly with adequate supplies and equipment.
