CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for the operations and maintenance of a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium buildings. The role focuses on coordinating repairs, budget management, and delivering safety-compliant facilities services.

You will oversee staff development, perform performance evaluations, and ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading a facilities team and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set schedules and deadlines; mentor staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Lead safety and environmental health procedures for facilities.
• Review vendor quotes and procurement processes for projects.
• Deliver training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
