Job summary

Spiakl Tech Limited is seeking an on-site Wireless/Network Support professional in Hong Kong. You will monitor network equipment, handle user enquiries, and coordinate hardware maintenance to ensure daily health and reliability of enterprise services.

The role requires 2+ years in wireless/network support, basic troubleshooting skills for Wi-Fi, routers and switches, and good English/Chinese communication. Shift hours are 16:00–00:00, with on-site work in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Wireless / Network Support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, Router, Switch and Network Troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Willing to work shift hours (16:00 – 00:00).
