Job summary

Susquehanna International is seeking a Windows Server Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize our Windows server environment in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes building, maintaining, and automating the full server lifecycle while ensuring high performance and reliability for production systems.

You will collaborate with developers and production engineers, strengthening monitoring, deployment processes, and resilience across the infrastructure, with a focus on Citrix and automation to improve

Qualifications

Strong Windows Server admin with AD, GPO, Kerberos, WinRM, tasks and services.
PowerShell remoting at scale, error handling, modules and performance optimisation.
Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, multicast.
Experience managing virtual infrastructure: compute, networking, monitoring.
Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops onboarding and support.
RBAC, NTFS permissions and access auditing.
Troubleshooting with Sysinternals, Resource Monitor, Wireshark, crash dumps.
Hardware knowledge: memory, storage, RAID, drivers, fault diagnosis.
Experience with Nagios or similar monitoring.

Responsibilities

Manage the full server lifecycle from planning to decommissioning.
Diagnose performance, stability, and connectivity issues across the server stack.
Operate and improve virtual infrastructure including provisioning and performance monitoring.
Develop automation to streamline server builds, maintenance and support.
Build/maintain monitoring dashboards for visibility into system health.
Manage Citrix environment and ongoing support.
Lead projects to improve infrastructure resilience and developer productivity.
Support production launches and resolve deployment issues.
