Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP seeks a Windows Server Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize the Windows server environment. You will build, maintain, and automate server infrastructure and support production deployments with developers and engineers.

You will design monitoring, improve resilience, and lead initiatives to enhance performance and security across the stack in a fast-paced trading environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Windows Server administration with AD, GPO and Kerberos.
• PowerShell remoting at scale and error handling.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs and routing.
• Experience managing virtual infrastructure and monitoring.
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops administration.
• RBAC and NTFS permissions knowledge.
• Troubleshooting with Sysinternals, Wireshark and crash dump analysis.
• Hardware knowledge: memory, storage, RAID and drivers.
• Familiarity with Nagios and CI/CD tools.
• Technical degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full server lifecycle from planning to decommissioning.
• Diagnose performance, stability and connectivity issues across the server stack.
• Operate and improve virtual infrastructure, including provisioning and monitoring.
• Develop automation and tooling for server builds and maintenance.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards for system health.
• Manage Citrix environment onboarding and ongoing support.
• Lead projects to improve infrastructure resilience and productivity.
• Support production launches and resolve deployment issues.
