Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to support and maintain the company’s servers, networks, cloud, and security solutions. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service availability across critical systems.

You will assist with upgrades and migrations, support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and endpoint management, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable technical solutions.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, server, network, cloud, or cybersecurity roles.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Windows Server, Networking, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Security, or End-user Infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, or cloud platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn across multiple infrastructure domains.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
