DJRecruit Asia partners with a prominent HK law firm in Central to recruit for a junior to mid-level Associate in the Wills & Probate team. The role focuses on probate and estate planning work in a prestigious environment.

Reporting to the Partner, you will support high-net-worth clients through due diligence and research, draft engagement letters, respond to queries, and assist in client events and reporting. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• HK Qualified Lawyer with PQE2+ in probate and estate planning.
• Strong knowledge of wills drafting and related taxation advisory.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Team player with communication skills and deadline awareness.

Responsabilités

• Support Partner by conducting due diligence and legal research.
• Draft and send engagement letters.
• Answer client, banker, and family-lawyer queries.
• Proofread and amend various legal documents.
• Build relationships with clients and business partners.
• Prepare work reports for Partners/top management.
• Participate in pitches and client events when required.
