You will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and family offices on wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, and cross-border matters, building client relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in private client, trusts, wills, probate, and estate planning.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills drafting, estate planning, succession planning, and probate matters
• Handle estate administration and probate applications
• Provide legal advice on trusts, wealth preservation, family governance, and asset succession structures
• Assist high-net-worth individuals and families with cross-border estate planning considerations
• Liaise with executors, trustees, family offices, accountants, and other professional advisers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality legal advice and responsive service
• Participate in business development and contribute to the growth of the private client practice
