Zusammenfassung

HK Law Firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Manager to deliver high-standard estate planning for high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Partner, you will collaborate with lawyers and secretaries to draft wills and codicils, prepare engagement letters, trusts documents, and related materials, while maintaining client relationships and ensuring accurate billing and timely deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree with at least 2 years in wills and probate support.
• Good understanding of trusts and estates law for common law jurisdictions.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and deadline-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Attending client meetings / conference calls
• Handling due diligence and various legal research
• Drafting and editing legal documents including engagement letters, wills and codicils, asset & liability inventories, and other trust documents
• Answering queries from clients, accountants and banks
• Building up good relationships with clients and business partners
• Entering timesheets for lawyers and closely working with secretary to prepare the month end bills
• Assisting in ad hoc trust / funds set up projects
