Senior Associate - Private client (Probate, Estate and Trust) in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced lawyer to advise on wills drafting, estate planning, succession planning, probate matters, and cross-border estate planning for high-net-worth clients. You will handle estate administration, probate applications, and provide legal advice on trusts, wealth preservation, and asset succession structures.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' PQE in private client, trusts, wills, probate and estate planning matters.
Qualified lawyer in HK or a recognized common law jurisdiction.
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on wills drafting, estate planning, succession planning, and probate matters.
Handle estate administration and probate applications.
Provide legal advice on trusts, wealth preservation, family governance, and asset succession structures.
Assist high-net-worth individuals and families with cross-border estate planning considerations.
Liaise with executors, trustees, family offices, accountants, and other professional advisers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality legal advice and responsive service.
Participate in business development and contribute to the growth of the private client practice.
