Job summary

Zetland Hall Trustees in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant to the Head Chef to support a Western cuisine kitchen. You will help in preparation, cooking, and maintaining high food standards within a busy kitchen environment.

The role focuses on teamwork, consistency in quality, and aiding in menu development and promotional activities. This position is onsite, with duties aligned to hotel/club catering standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hotels, clubs, or the food and beverage industry.
• Good knowledge of Western cooking techniques.
• Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
• Experience in hotel, clubhouse, restaurant or catering industry; knowledge of Hong Kong food safety regulations is an advantage (Food Hygiene or Food Safety certificate preferred)
