Prime Cellar (H.K.) Limited seeks a proactive Webstore Operations & Administration Officer to oversee daily online shop activities, manage orders, handle inquiries, and provide essential administrative support for wholesale and retail channels.

You will maintain product listings, coordinate deliveries, monitor stock, prepare reports, and assist with marketing efforts, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Manage daily operations of the online shop, including order processing and after-sales service.
• Upload and maintain product listings on the online shopping platform.
• Issue invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate order deliveries with customers and logistics partners.
• Perform inventory control, monitor stock movement, and maintain precise records.
• Prepare purchase, inventory, and other operational reports as required.
• Support marketing activities.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
