Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli Hong Kong Limited is seeking a capable Store Administrative professional to support daily operations in our flagship store. You will assist the Store-in-Charge with reports, invoices, stock coordination, and cashiering tasks, ensuring smooth retail flow and accurate records.

The role involves roster input in GAIA, handling repair follow-ups, stock returns, relabeling, stock takes, and collaboration with the Stock Controller to meet mall and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store admin and operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoicing, stock coordination, and cashiering processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store-in-Charge with daily operation reports and administrative tasks, including processing dry clean invoices, uniform dry clean invoices, outsourced alteration invoices, managing petty cash, and handling orders for stationery (packing materials, and client refreshments orders).
• Support staff roster input in GAIA, manage damaged goods and follow up on repair cases, and coordinate stock-related arrangements with the Stock Controller (stock returns and consolidation).
• Manage cashiering functions, including customer interaction, closing sales processing, mall promotion introduction, and mall membership point accumulation; proficient in system operations such as exchange, House Account, MTM redemption, and special orders.
• Conduct stock adjustments, relabelling, stock take, and assist in inventory-related system maintenance to ensure accurate stock records and smooth store operation flow.
