Job summary

Tokalent is seeking a Business Development Manager for Web3 advisory services in Hong Kong. You will cultivate relationships with Web3 firms and traditional companies to generate advisory work and referrals, and expand the client base through strategic outreach.

You will identify client needs, craft proposals, and negotiate commercial terms. Strong network, independence, and bilingual communication are valued for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in advisory, crypto listing, or B2B Web3 projects with sales/BD exposure.
• Strong technology industry network is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English and/or Cantonese; Korean/Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with Web3.0 companies, founders, and traditional firms to generate advisory and referral business.
• Assist in expanding the client base and industry network.
• Identify client needs and propose Tokenomics, partnerships, events and value-added services.
