HR Plus is seeking a Marketing Web Owner who will serve as the Go-to-Creative developer, collaborating with Marketing Consultant and Product Owner to manage the user journey across digital touchpoints.

The role emphasizes creativity, adaptability and responsibility, with a focus on web experiences, SEO optimization, and data-driven marketing analytics to enhance the employee experience across HR SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
• Experience with SEO optimization and digital analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CRM implementation and data visualization is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile or modern software development methodologies.
• Interest in data domain products and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain rich web experiences for marketing data.
• Design and implement features to boost digital marketing performance and user experience.
• Optimize SEO and analytics implementation to maximize reach to potential customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Consultant to translate UX research into data-driven experiences.
• Offer technical and UX advisory to ship best-in-class SaaS products.

You will be the Go-to-Creative developer for our organization. Working alongside with our Marketing Consultant,Visual Owner & Product Owner, you will utilize your technical &digital analytics skills to manage our user experience journey in everydigital touchpoints.

Your role with us:

• Develop, test and maintain rich web experiences with UIs that address digital domains with diverse marketing data.
• Design and develop an impactful feature or experience to improve digital marketing performance & everyday user experience
• Optimize SEO performance and user behavior analytics implementation to enable maximize our reach of potential customers
• Collaboratewith our Marketing Consultant, you will analyze and interpret UXresearch findings and user analytics to design better, data drivenexperiences.
• Collaborate with our Product Owner, you will provide technical & UX advisory to ship best-in-class SaaS product.

What is our right fit:

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experiencein SEO Optimization and digital analytics tools implementation (GoogleAnalytics, Heat Map tools, etc.) and Unit Testing
• Knowledge with Agile or modern software development methodologies
• Knowledge in CRM Implementation
• Knowledge with data visualization technologies is a plus
• Knowledge with product development for products in the data domain is a plus
• Digital Savvy who is passionate in everything about Digital Marketing & Product
