Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Multimedia Creative Owner to act as the visual storyteller, taking briefs from divisions and guiding projects through development, production, editing and delivery. The role requires creativity, adaptability and responsibility to oversee multimedia content and branding campaigns across channels, delivering high-quality outputs that align with our brand.

Candidates should have a university degree in a related field, 2–3 years of experience, strong English and Chinese skills,

Qualifications

• University graduate in multimedia, advertising, graphic design or communication.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; video skills with Premiere Pro/After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Produce promotional videos, branding visuals and design assets.
• Provide photography, videography and graphics support for the business.
• Create high-quality multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support marketing collateral design and output according to brand specs.

You will be the go-to visual storytellerfor our organization, receiving briefs from divisions and then usingyour creative skills to manage projects through development, production,editing and delivery.

We are looking for someone who is creative, adaptive and responsible to take on the role as our Multimedia Creative Owner.

Responsibilities:

• Production of promotional, branding short videos and visual graphics and designs
• Photography, videography and graphics design support for the business
• Manage high quality and up to trend multimedia content and design
• Support marketing collaterals design and output according to brand guidelines and specifications

Requirements:

• University graduate in related field (multimedia, advertising, graphic design, communication),
• Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustration InDesign. Photoshop), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, and Lightroom
• Excellent knowledge in video shooting, lighting, and video equipment operation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
