Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited recruiting for an intensive on-the-job training program to become a professional Relationship Manager in branch banking. You will support the branch team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships within Retail Banking – Wealth Management.

The program welcomes candidates without prior branch experience, offers training, and requires fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, with preferred banking/insurance experience.

Qualifications

• Welcome candidates without prior branch experience; training will be provided.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Support the branch team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored wealth solutions, including investment and insurance products.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures.
