Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required; HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects incl. Chinese/English and Maths accepted.
• Candidates must obtain HKSI/IIQE licenses within probation.
• At least 2 years sales/service in retail preferred.
• Strong drive for sales, customer engagement and wealth knowledge.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of bank products, wealth management solutions and customer needs.
• Deliver tailored banking and wealth solutions to meet customers’ goals.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify suitable products and services.
• Build long-term customer relationships through quality service and proactive engagement.
• Support sales activities, customer acquisition and branch campaigns while ensuring compliance.
