As a trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive programme covering retail banking, wealth management, investment, insurance, and lending products, while building long-term relationships with personal banking and affluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong passion for sales, relationship management, and wealth management.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to build a career in retail banking sales.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Candidates possessing IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and/or HKSI licensing qualifications will be an advantage.
