Qualifications

• We require a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Candidates must obtain HKSI/IIQE licenses within probation.
• At least 2 years of sales or service experience in Retail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the Bank’s products and wealth management solutions.
• Deliver tailored banking and wealth solutions to meet customers’ goals.
• Conduct needs analysis and identify suitable products for customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships through quality service and proactive engagement.
• Support branch campaigns and sales activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service.
• Complete required training, assessments and licensing exams.
