Job summary

Ping An Securities (Hong Kong) Holdings Company Limited is seeking a Vice President, Product – Wealth Management to support the management of wealth management products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds and Structured Products.

You will own end-to-end product operations including onboarding, lifecycle maintenance, subscription and redemption processing, and NAV updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Business related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or product management.
• Solid knowledge of wealth management products (mutual funds, bonds, structured products).
• Familiarity with cross-border HK–China wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support management of wealth management products (mutual funds, bonds, structured products).
• Handle end-to-end product operations: onboarding, lifecycle maintenance, subscriptions/redemptions, NAV updates.
• Assist in product due diligence and follow-through on approval, launch and post-launch maintenance.
• Support business development, marketing initiatives, and client seminars.
• Liaise with sales, compliance, risk and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and operation.

Job description

Vice President, Product – Wealth Management

Support the management of wealth management products (e.g. Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products)

Handle end-to-end product operations, including product onboarding, lifecycle maintenance, subscription and redemption processing, and net asset value updates etc., ensuring data accuracy and adherence to settlement timelines

Assist in conducting product due diligence with product providers, and follow through on the product approval, launch, and post-launch maintenance process

Provide support for business development, marketing initiatives, and client seminars

Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth product onboarding and operation

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines

3-5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, product management, or a related area;

Solid product knowledge of wealth management products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products, etc.)

Familiarity with cross-border (HK–China) wealth management business and a strong understanding of Mainland China culture is a plus

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Self-motivated, with good team spirit and the ability to work independently

Good communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
