Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin is a must.
• Professional or technical diploma/degree required.
• Strong IT skills with emphasis on Excel and AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office as first point of contact between Front Office and Operations.
• Conduct independent verification with private clients.
• Perform 1st level check and review on client instructions and documents.
• Support banking transaction enquiries and documentations.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks.
• Handle general administration, data maintenance, reporting, and team coordination.
