Job summary

Julius Baer in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated middle office professional to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of client instructions and documents from Front to Back Office. You will be the primary contact for Front Office, supporting operational queries and documentation.

The role offers involvement in system enhancements and various business projects, with a focus on process and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking/wealth management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Strong client-focused approach and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office in resolving operational issues as the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations.
• Conduct independent verification with private clients.
• Perform 1st level check and review on client instructions and documents.
• Commit to inquiries related to banking transactions and documentation from internal clients.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks.
• Handle general administration duties including data maintenance, reporting, and team coordination.
