Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office as first point of contact between Front Office and Operations.

This is a middle office role supporting the smooth and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents from the front to back office. The team is also the point of contact for the Front, supporting them with operational queries and documentation.

In addition he/she will have chance to participate in various projects like system enhancement projects & other business projects from time to time. He/she will also have to continuously explore opportunities for process & efficiency improvements in the areas under his/her care.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Assist Front office in resolving operational issues as being the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations
• Conduct independent verification with private clients
• Perform 1st level check and review on client’s instruction and documentations
• Commit to enquiries related to banking transaction and documentations from the internal client
• Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks
• Handling general administration duties within the team, including data maintenance, reporting, and team coordination

YOUR PROFILE

• Personal and Social Accountable, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Capable of independent problem-solving with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure and consistently meets service-level timelines
• Strong team orientation with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and adept at multitasking
• Professional and Technical Diploma/Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth management or financial services
• Private banking background is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin is a must
• Strong client-focused approach is highly preferred
• Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and experience with AI tools is preferred
