CICC in Hong Kong seeks a trading professional to handle trade inquiries, pricing, and the execution of OTC derivatives and structured products for Wealth Management clients.
You will monitor and manage various risks on the trading desk, develop pricing principles to optimise efficiency, and conduct training for sales staff. You will liaise with back-office teams and collaborate on new initiatives to ensure accurate, smooth operations.
Responsible for handling trade inquiries, pricing, and execution of OTC derivatives and structured products for Wealth Management clients.
Responsible for monitoring and managing various types of risks on the trading desk.
Develop business strategies and pricing principles to optimize business efficiency.
Conduct training for sales staff and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate the execution of various transactions.
Liaise with various back-office departments to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Collaborate with various business and back-office departments to launch new business initiatives.
Provide mutual support within the trading team to ensure smooth and accurate completion of trading tasks.
Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry. Proficiency in programming is a plus.
Highly self-disciplined, with a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Analytical minded and sensitive to financial market trends.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Hold a securities industry licence or a Hong Kong RA licence.
